MEETINGS

The Band Boosters meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Mater Dei Band Room.  The next meeting is Tuesday, April 13th, 2010. 

We strongly encourage all parents and supporters of the band to attend these very informative meetings and get involved with the band!

March 9, 2010

Old Business: 

Box Truck Sale:  Trying to sell truck on eBay now.  If no buyers – we’ll proceed with selling to a local junk yard.

Stromboli’s:  Extra frozen Stromboli’s from Pizza King are still available.  Please contact Natalie Rasler if you’re interested in purchasing any.

New Business:

Stage Show profits will be shared with the choir.

Next year a joint Mater Dei & Memorial Christmas concert will be performed.  Tentative date – 12/5/10.

Next year a “Madrigal-esque” (as coined by Alex Smith) Christmas Mini-Stage Show is being considered/planned.  More details to follow.  Tentative date – 12/10/10.  This would replace the current Madrigal Dinner & Show.

A Band Show DVD – containing all of the performances taped by Chris Berneking throughout this past season is available for $10.  Please email Linda Russell if you’re interested in purchasing one.

Band Banquet:  April 13^{th at} 6:00pm.  If you are available to help decorate anytime after school, please join Mary Rasler in the cafeteria.  Also, please remember to bring your food donation that you signed up to bring.

Rummage Sale:   June 5^th.  Gym will be available Tuesday – Saturday of that week to help sort and price items.

Officer Elections: Nominations will be accepted at the banquet.
