About the Band
Mater Dei High School is a Catholic 9-12 grade school located in Evansville, Indiana, the southwestern portion of the state. The school enrollment is approximately 560 students. The school is part of the Evansville Catholic Diocese of Evansville Schools and the Evansville Interparochial High Schools.
In 2006, Mater Dei was the smallest band to ever qualify for State Competition, and placed 8th in Class D. In 2007, Mater Dei once again qualified for state competition at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis and received 5th place in their division! What an awesome achievement for this very hard-working group of students! GO WILDCATS!

We Need Your Help!
The Mater Dei Band is in need of a replacement truck to transport band equipment, props, etc. A fundraising effort is now underway to raise $25,000 for the purchase of this very much needed vehicle.
Currently, $17,000 has been raised! We're well on our way, but we need all the help we can get! We will keep everyone up-to-date on our progress, so check back soon! Please consider contributing to the continued success of the Mater Dei Band Program! Thank you for your support!
